Ontario Ministry of Labour 2015/2016 Safety Inspection Blitz Schedule
Our friends at the Ontario Ministry of Labour have recently published their proactive enforcement blitz and schedule on the MOL’s website and not surprisingly, it looks to be relatively aggressive.
As usual, multiple industries are on the radar during the provincial blitzes ranging from new and young workers in the industrial sector to heavy equipment operation in construction.
The published information can be viewed as a “head’s up” to employers and as intended, helps to raise awareness and improve compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
The province-wide blitz schedule is below. For more details and a complete schedule, you can visit the published information on the MOL Website.
